Acceptance of Terms: By signing and receiving the goods listed in this invoice, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions.

Acknowledgment of Receipt: The customer acknowledges that they have received the goods in good condition in accordance with the products names outlined in this invoice.

Payment Terms: Payment is due within 60 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Late Payments: Our company reserves the right to take any necessary legal action against the customer in case of late payment.

Returns Notification: The customer must notify our company of any returns of goods that are nearing expiration which will expire after one month or less to facilitate proper processing and management, the notification should be earlier with 1-2 weeks from the return date.

Replacement of Near-Expiry Goods: The customer accepts that near-expiry goods may be replaced with newer goods. In some cases, we may replace goods with another type of product of equivalent value.

Free-of-Charge Goods: The quantity and nature of any free-of-charge goods may vary from customer to customer, depending on sales volumes and the management decision.

Manufacturer Communication: Since our company is the exclusive agent for the mentioned goods, we are the only entity responsible for communicating with the manufacturer regarding any quality or commercial issues.

Resale and Misuse: Our company retains the legal right to take the legal action against the customer if they resell the goods to another seller or misuse the goods in any manner.

Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfers or cheques for the company full name, using Benefit Pay is also accepted only to be in favor of the company name with its unique IBAN, the company is not responsible for any personal payments or transfers which go for a personal / individual bank account or mobile number. 

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding this invoice must be communicated within 5 working days, after that the company considers the delivery is final and totally accepted.

Governing Law: The T&Cs shall be governed by the trading and commercial laws in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Confidentiality: All information contained in this invoice is confidential and should not be disclosed to third parties without consent.

Service Delivery: Services will be delivered as per the agreed timeline. Any delays will be communicated promptly.
